The Qiy Trust Framework is not a product. It is not a digital data locker or vault.
The Qiy Foundation does not collect or store personal data and data that people generated by using online services or connected devices.
The Qiy Trust Framework is merely an open technical standard, a governance model and a set of rules and regulations on which basis third parties can, in competition with each other, grant individual users access to their personal data and data that they generated by using online services or connected devices. Consequently people can transfer this data under their control to other individuals, companies, governmental and non-governmental organisations which operate on the basis of the Qiy Trust Framework.
